Terms of service
The agreement between nexclip and whoever is using it.
This is a structural placeholder, not a legal document. Each heading names what belongs under it; none of it has been drafted or reviewed by a lawyer, and nothing here should be relied on.
What this document is for
Who may use the service, what they may do with it, what we promise, what we do not, and how either side ends the arrangement.
The clauses it needs
01The agreement
Who the parties are and what accepting these terms means.
02Accounts and workspaces
Who owns a workspace, who may act in it, and what happens to it when the owner leaves.
03Your content
That uploaded recordings and the clips cut from them remain yours, and the limited licence nexclip needs to process them.
04Acceptable use
What may not be uploaded, and what happens when it is.
05Plans, seats and billing
How subscriptions, seats, upload minutes and overage are charged, and when.
06Cancellation and refunds
How a plan ends, what survives the period that was paid for, and what is refundable.
07Availability
What uptime is committed to, if any, and what is not.
08Liability
The limits, and the things that cannot be limited by law.
09Changes to these terms
How changes are notified and when they take effect.
10Governing law
Which jurisdiction, and how disputes are handled.
Last structural revision 8 August 2026. No clause has been drafted. See the other legal documents for the rest of the set.
